These Terms of Service govern your use of Rebookr ("the Service"), a platform that allows service businesses to manage clients and send automated SMS appointment and rebooking reminder messages. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Rebookr provides tools for service businesses to store client contact information, schedule appointments, create invoices, and send SMS reminders to their own clients. Rebookr does not provide clients — businesses supply their own existing customer relationships.

Accounts are billed monthly. A free trial may be offered at our discretion. Failure to maintain an active paid plan may result in suspension of access until payment is made.
You agree not to use Rebookr to send messages to anyone who has not consented to receive them, send unlawful or abusive content, or interfere with or disrupt the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebookr and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
